When Georgian Window approached Tripledub, they had already tried a number of software solutions, including OSCommerce and XCart, but had found that these did not scale well and did not adapt well to a multi-channel operation.

After gaining a thorough understanding of Georgian Window's market and how the company works, Tripledub drew up a series of proposed solutions. They then whittled down the options to a customised version of the open source e-commerce application Magento.

Tripledub created a single database capturing all stock details, with four distinctive themed e-commerce websites selling different ranges to a variety of markets.

The application has given Georgian Window an integrated back office, saving time and money.

It has resulted in fewer errors in stock control and sales accounting and has made it easy for Georgian Window to get an accurate picture of the whole business. Above all, it is now possible to compare performance between channels.

One added benefit of Tripledub's work is that the solution helps Georgian Window to prioritise work. It highlights problems as soon as they occur and gives them the tools to tackle them early.
